I will maintain safe working practices, follow all traffic and roadside safety requirements, use the necessary safety equipment and warning devices, and only undertake work within my skills and available equipment. I am fully responsible for any damage or injury caused by my negligent actions.

I am committed to providing services in a respectful and professional manner to every customer without discrimination. Any form of harassment, bullying, threats, or discriminatory conduct is not permitted and can lead to immediate termination of my platform access.

I agree to keep all customer interactions and payments within Roadside Connect. I will not ask for extra payment, attempt to move customers off the platform, or sell services they did not request. Failure to comply may lead to permanent suspension and loss of unpaid funds.

I agree that completed jobs are paid on a weekly basis to my connected bank account. A 15% platform fee applies to each completed service, while all tips belong entirely to me. The platform reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts when necessary to resolve disputes, process refunds, or investigate fraudulent activity.
